I had the pleasure to attend the inaugural NYSE Partnership Day NYSE Partnership Day, bringing together an impressive group of media partners and publishers, thought leaders, content creators, and distributors.
A welcome by NYSE President, Lynn Martin, and introduction by Joe Benarroch, Head of Content, Partnerships, & Distribution, set the stage to hear from the NYSE teams leading marketing, social, communications, content and events…and to connect live with Bilal Little on the #ETF market!
Highlights from the Q&A discussion about building businesses and the future of work were:

- If people better know and understand where they live, it enables them to affect change in their communities.
- When building their customer base, they did not focus on reaching the largest number of people, but rather those who were most passionate about what the company does.

- On the future of work: those leaders or firms that are already winning are likely to continue to do so…UNLESS THEY DEFEAT THEMSELVES. Rishad spoke about what that means.
- On the impact of AI to access information: “When everyone has the same knowledge, communication skills are everything.”
